A microscopic woven fabric is falling and loosening its threads on the bare walls of the yoga studio.

Research Club

Solid company branded hexagons are arranged neatly with soft contours to decorate the research department’s space. The contours represent the shape of their nano technology when seen under a microscope.

For the painting of the letter L of Black Lives Matter, a young woman sits atop a color-rich representation of her black history as she fights alongside the rest of her people.

Iconic figures Dolores Huertes and Nelson Mandela stand proudly as they metaphorically watch over the historically marginalized groups of Silicone Valley, lifting each other up and breaking free from the systematic violence against their population.

The embracing hand represents the artist’s making earthly contact with Juana Briones, an 18th-century medical pioneer also known as the “Founding Mother of San Francisco.” Herbs she used to heal people are enveloped around the embrace.
